Weddings at Horizons Community Church
Initial fee of $650.00 is required and includes:
Building Use up to 6 hours
Coordinator 6 hours*
Sound tech 4 hours*
Custodian 3 hours*
*An additional $25.00 per person is charged if the maximum hours are extended.
Please note that the ceremony officiated by Horizons’ pastor is not included. The wedding and pre-marriage sessions by Pastor Brian is an additional fee of $200.00.
Upon approval by Pastor Brian, clearance by the Horizons Calendar, completion of the building reservation form, which is found at the bottom of this page, and $200.00 refundable**+ deposit are required to hold the date, as well as to cover damages or hours not covered in the initial fee.
The balance is due prior to the Rehearsal.
Some optional services and their fees are as follows:
Church Keyboardist: $75.00
Church Musician: $75.00
Church Vocalist: $75.00
Visual Technician: $75.00
Rehearsal Dinner Coordinator: $25.00 an hour
Reception Coordinator: $25.00 an hour
Rehearsal/Reception Custodian: fee varies
Available equipment for use
Worship Center (seats 600), Podium/Music Stands, Wireless/Handheld Microphones
Audio/Visual Equipment, Chairs/Tables (round/rectangular), Dressing Rooms
Atrium (seats 150), The BOB (seats 150), Warming Kitchen
Birdseed, rice, confetti and real flower petals are not allowed inside or outside of the building. Bubbles are allowed outside the building only.
Fees are subject to change.
** In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded 50% if cancelled between 4-6 weeks prior to the event. The deposit will be refunded 25% if cancelled 0-4 weeks prior to the event.
+ Any damages incurred with use of the building, or additional staff hours not covered in the initial fee, may negate the deposit being returned to the event sponsor.
